Safe, Clean, Cozy

I am debating whether to sell my condo or to rent it out. This listing is to test the rental market.

The unit has been freshly renovated and painted. It's very cozy and welcoming. I have lived in this condo myself and deeply... enjoy it. The pictures you see are a combination of my own pictures as well as those taken for property staging.

This is a ~680 sq ft 1BR condominium unit in a 48-unit building that is well maintained and secure. This unit comes with a dedicated parking spot in the garage. There are a couple of bicycle storage spots in the common area. This condo is technically on first floor but there is a garage level underneath. So it feels like a 2nd floor. There are on premise card operated washer & dryer that are open 24x7.

The building is located in Diamond Heights neighborhood right on the edge of Noe Valley and Twin Peaks. Two bus lines run outside the building (#52 and #35). Glen Park BART station is 15 minutes away walking. Commute to Financial District takes ~30-40 minutes on public transportation.

Local amenities include: Safeway, Walgreens, US Post Office, a branch of Bank of America, a couple of restaurants, three churches, 4 parks, 1 dog park, etc. This neighborhood is clean and generally safe. The air quality is always fresh. The weather is a bit cooler due to altitude, which is a plus in the summer time (no A/C needed). There are a couple of spots with incredible views over San Francisco both during the day and night time.
