safe, clean, room in house near SFSU

Hi Rick here I am a property manager for a 3 bedroom house near state SFSU. Rent is 1,100 plus deposit 1,100, utilities run about $125 monthly. The room is furnished and has a partial city view. The house is safe, clean and features an onsite laundry... , house is secure with backyard and access to common areas kitchen, dining room, living room. on-site laundry and some storage area in the garage included with room rental. There are 2 other roommates one uses the downstairs bathroom the other uses the upstairs bathroom which includes a shower the room renter wood use the upstairs bathroom. The m train line is a minute away and will take you to state in 3 minutes or anyware in the city. The other roommates are friendly considerate working professionals. This is not a party house or a place to have a significant other over all the time, once in a while is fine. It's a quiet environment. The owner is nice and available when needed and she is hassel free. No smoking or pets but you can smoke in the backyard. pls call or text me for info thanks !!! 415-426-9080
